Placing an Order
Before any order is placed on the online store, you must understand that you pay when an order is placed. You agree that you are responsible for reading the full product listing before you decide to buy.  When you commit to buy items from the website, and enter the checkout-payment process, you are entering into a legally binding contract.  You can pay by PayPal or debit/credit card.  We reserve the right to amend or change our product prices at anytime.

 

Delivery
Any delivery costs will be shown during the checkout process before you are asked to pay.

Delivery will normally be within 14 working days from payment date and delivery costs are included in the final price you pay. However, please allow up to 30 days for goods to arrive.
Once you add an item to your shopping bag it will be displayed in your shopping cart with description of items and total price. You complete the purchase a secure payment page.
Some items are dispatched by other sellers using our website, you understand that your delivery details will be passed to the seller for them to despatch items directly to you.
After your order is placed online, we will:
• Send you via email a receipt for goods purchased no later than when the goods are delivered
• Deliver the goods within a maximum of 30 days unless otherwise agreed
• NOTE: These rules don’t apply to goods and services worth £42 or less

 

Order Errors
If you have made an error with your order you must notify us in writing immediately by sending an email to punkboot@outlook.com and include as many details as possible about the order placed and the error made. Do not wait until the order is delivered to notify us of errors. If you have received your order before realising your error, then please refer to ‘cancellation and returns’ policy.  You understand that we are not liable for your time or the cost of internet connection to notify us of errors. If a telephone number is provided for you to call us, we are not liable for the cost of the call or any text messages sent to us.  By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions

Cancellation and Returns

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from our website, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or misdescribed.  In these cases, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase at any time up to14 days after your order is delivered.  If we receive a valid claim under consumer rights, we will either repair or replace the item(s).  If we are unable to repair or replace the item(s), then we will offer a refund.   We will only offer a reapir or refund if you’ve told us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You have14 days to return the goods once you’ve told us.  We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back including return postage paid by you. You are responsible for obtaining proof that you have returned items to us and the cost of return. We cannot be held liable for items lost in the post.  Items being returned must be in their original packaging.  Any refunds offered will be paid to the original payment source.

Additions to your legal rights: We do not operate any additional policies to that of your legal rights. For example, we do not offer refunds or replacements if you simply change your mind, bought the wrong size, or an unwanted gift - there is no automatic right to return goods.

We may however be forced to share your information with legal enforcement agencies, according to relevant local regulations.  Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the
standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
How do you communicate with your site visitors?
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. Our hosting site has developed the two main tools to assist us in becoming GDPR compliant. In accordance with the GDPR, you may request a copy of data that our site has collected, and/or you may request that we permanently delete your data that has been processed on our site. by sending your request in writing to punkboot@outlook.com. We will then send a request to our
hosting site. After submitting a delete request, we will receive a notification confirming the start of the process from our hosting site. Your data will be deleted within 48 hours of us submitting the request to our hosting site.
